I did book this disgusting hotel https://palazzolakesidehotel.com/
So we decide to not stay there for the 3 nights we did book for many reason:
1) Hotel was SUPER dirty ( photos attached ) they change us rooms 3 times, but it was worst and worst
2) I did book and pay a lakeview room ( photo attached ) I was looking the parking lot and managment REFUSE to give me the room I did book for, even if the hotel was 90% empty, saying that what the website say is not there probleme
3) They charge me for resort fees and tax even if I didn't stay. This is ILLEGAL
4) Manager Pablo was super rude, no professional and didn't care about anything.
Worst experience EVER!
