Paletz Roofing Crooked roofer in South Florida Davie, Florida

Hired Paletz Roofing to repair two leaks, one on my flat porch and the other on my chimney. Since day one, Paletz was trying to convince me that I need to replace my whole roof, (at $50,000). I paid him $3,400 for the two repairs. First, the flat roof repair failed, they came back three times and every time, the rood leaked again!. I complained and they gave me a partial reimbursement of $500 instead of the whole amount. Less than a month later, the chimney leaked too! 

They are incompetent, poor workmanship, no proper supervision. They will try to find technicalities and not reimburse you. I hired another roofer at half the price, both leaks were repaired properly, roofer was respectful and professional. 

There are many roofers in South Florida, some of them are crooks, (like in every profession). Do not hire Paletz unless you like to cause yourself headaches...
