Palidsades Collection Ripoff VIOLATION OF FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT Englewood New Jersey

I pulled my credit report from all three reporting agencies Equifax, Experian, and CSC. All three agencies report Palisades Collection agency as of 9/04 attempting to collect a debt for AT T Wireless. I have called them on several occassions 1-201-567-5648 telling them that they are in violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act. They are very rude and never return my calls. I have spoke with a man with a foreign accent and he is very rude and I have also spoke with a woman named Christine.

I checked the Better Business bureau and there have been several complaints about this company. I checked the Federal Trade Commission and found that another Collection agency (NCO Group, Inc.) was ordered to pay the largests FCRA Civil Penalty for the very same tactics. I think it is time for a class action lawsuit against Palisades. Also give Palisades a call at 1-201-567-5648 and let them know we are ready to fight back!!!! PS I also disputed this debt with all three credit bureaus which puts them on the hook as well!!!
