Palisade Collection, Sharinn & Lipshie, Asset Acceptance Englewood New Jersey

On wenesday may 31, 2006 I check my credit report for the first time and I found a lot off damages. Right away, I started disputed it with Experian. Then the following day I was checking my balance online in other for me to pay my rent I was checking if my direct deposit has registered and I discover that my account has been held for.

At that point I call my bank and I was told to call 516 873 6600 Sharnn&Lipshie Pc and I spoke to a lady call Gloria. she told she's collection agent for AT&T and I explained to her I don't know nothing about this I never had a wireless phone with AT&T. She was so rude yelling at my ear. At this point I don't know what to do.

I told my Boss at my job he then told me to call her back and ask for the index number and she provide index number my boss check it online and find my name and I was never informed. I went to the Court the following morning. The court gave me a paper to serve the Sharinn & Lipshie.

I also call AT&T they transfer me to their fraud department and they told me the matter has been assigned to Palisade collection they do have three account opent by my name. I then call Palisade collection I have to call their Antorney which is Sharinn & Lipshie PC

My point is I did not open any Account with AT&T I need help to resolved this matter. I can withdraw any money out of my account. My rent is been past due. The court day is JUNE 12 at Civil court Grand Concourse in the Bronx New York.

I also have a problem with Ballys Gym some one open Account on my name I have been dispute this for so long and it never resolve yet. The name of the collection agent was Asset Acceptance LLP I never been to the Gym and I believe it is an Identity theft.
Please help.
