These morons at Palisades Collection sent me a collection notice to an address I have not been at for 2 years, and somehow it still got forwarded to me.
If they actually had the file on the debt, they would know my SS# and would have pulled credit to get my proper address.
I just have to laugh as they don't even know who the original creditor was or what the actual default date was. They list Great Seneca as the "original creditor". This debt is over 5 years old and past SOL for legal collections, but they are too ignorant to see that.
Great Seneca is nothing more than a JUNK DEBT BUYER. Parasites!
I printed out all of the Rip Off Reports and saturated their fax machine with them, along with the info Bud Hibbs has on them and my f*c* off and die letter.
You have to be brutal with these lowlife as that is all they understand. Being nice is a sign of weakness they will exploit. Always hammer a bottomfeeder upon first contact.

For an explanation of why they send to the old address. When the account was bought/moved to a new agency, any of the information from the previous agency does not usually go with it. First thing would be to send a letter to the original address. There is no point in skip tracing the file if the information is correct first.
