Palm Beach Exotics & Yachts MVP Imports, Exotic Euro Parts, BayridgeImports Made body fillers for my 1976 Cadillac Fleetwood Plantation Florida

This company is on Ebay. During my search for body fillers for my 76 Fleetwood I came across this seller. I paid for my items on December 14th 2017 through Paypal. It took a very long time to receive the items so I contacted the seller for a refund. He said it would be two more weeks. I didn't receive said items until January 11th 2018.

When I opened the box I was instantly displeased with the product. I emailed the seller and explained that I was not pleased with the craftmanship of said items and he told me to return them to the address on the box. I sent the items back the next day and heard nothing back from them. I then went to Ebay and PayPal for help. PayPal wanted me to ship the package back to an address that they had on file for the seller(which was totally different from the one that I had already shipped the package back to).

I told them that I had already shipped the package back to an address provided to me by the seller. I provided tracking information as well as the emails between the seller and I. But because i didn't ship the item back to the address that is on file with PayPal there was absolutely nothing that they could do for me. $200 gone just like that. No item and no money. I contacted Ebay and they stated that since I opened a claim with PayPal there was nothing that they could do for me.

This seller is affiliated with all of the above mentioned companies. When I dail the phone number for the different companies they are all linked to the one phone number that I provided. They have since blocked my number and I can no longer speak to anyone concerning this matter. This company sells bags for Harley Davidson bikes, ground effects kits for cars, so please keep an eye out and be careful when dealing with these companies.
