Palm Beach Jewelry sold me a 1.03 Marquise TCW CZ ring, stone fell out and they refuse to do anything about it, said 90 day warranty expired. Did I know the stone was going to fall out. Boca Raton Florida

I purchased 2 rings from these people and they are poor quality. I purchased a special ring with husband and my birthstones on it along with our names engraved. The ring is suppose to be gold with SS. The ring has hardly ever been worn and now is copper.Also the stones they used look like salt. Second ring, 1.03 TCW Marquise CZ ring with side "diamonds", have the ring just 3 months and the marquise has fallen out which is the main stone. I called the company and they said that if I sent it in to have it fixed it would be returned, because the 90 day guarentee had expired, how did I know that the stone was going to fall out.
