Palm Beach Jewelry False Advertisement Boca Raton Internet

 False advertising received through e-mail plus stated I could use installment plan. None was true. On July 2, 2014 I placed an order with Palm Beach Jewelry with the assumption that I order 3 pieces get the lowest price item free. Did not happen plus I was told on website before I checked out I would have opportunity to select installment plan never happened. I sent several emails and made several calls on July 2 after I realized they had debited my account for full total. On July 3, I called Palm Beach Jewelry and stated my complaints asked for my order to be cancelled. I was told my order could not be cancelled because it already had a tracking number. I feel Palm Beach Jewelry should be investigated for false sales tatics and misleading customers.
