My freedom boat club membership is worthless to me now. Since the reciprocal agree with all franchisee's marinas allows acccess to member, I was able to travel and enjoy boating from many locations. This was the selling point of the membership program. Since it's not being honored, my membership is worthless. A lifetime membershop worth $10000 now is a big zero. I was offered to transfer the membership back to Freedom boat club for a fee of $500, but the monthly fees now are 250 a month. The value prop for the membership is lost. All I get is a wavier of the 5500 membership fee and a yearly membership as compared to my lifetime membership. To me this seems like a gross violoation of the contract.

Hello,
I am currently leaving the Freedom Boat Club due to unsafe boats they provide. I would like to contact the CEO as I saw an article on him in the Florida Southern Magazine as a successful alumni and I dont think he would appreciate the way one of his boat clubs is being operated. I would appreciate any help you have with contacting him.
Thanks!

UPDATE:
I voiced my displeasure with my situation to John Giglio and he stated he would make things right with me. I am happy to see a CEO take interest in his customers and work with them to make membership in his club a positive and pleasureable experience. Thanks for helping set things right.
