palm harbor homes of corpus christi,tx Andy Gonzalas ,he's was the used mobile homesales manager for palm harbor homes. through the help of palm harbor homes Andy Gonzalas ripped me and my family off of 115,000 dollars here in corpus christy texas. this was in 2006 just before christmas. corpus christi, Internet

Me and my sister and her 2 daughters came down to Corpus Christi to purchase some land back in October of 2006

we've tried realtors and had no success so we decided to go look at mobile homes. We ended up at palm harbor homes of Corpus Christi

They showed us some homes we went in to exchange informationand do a credit checks. They said we didn't qualify for a new home or homes in this case but they could get us into used home at a much bigger discounts this was told to us by one of palm harbors top salesman his name is Magil he then refered us to their used mobile home salesman his name is Andy Gonzalas. This is what they said we can get you land and 5 used but referbished homes ,that means remodeled. But anyway they could get into 5 homes remodeled and completely set for 115,000 dollars, but out of good Faith and the managers were all for it they recomended Andy Gonzalas they said he was their top salesman so I trusted or should I say we trusted palm harbor you know a very large company. So anyway we went back to Omaha Nebraska to get started on packing ect.

Anyhow a couple months pass I been talking to Andy Gonzalas during this time over the phone he was telling me how nice everything was going to be and everything is going as planned but in needed to send some of the money like 46,000 dollarsof the 115,000 that we agreed to so he could secure the land get the electricity turned on and put deposits on the homes so I sent him the money.

I'm the mean time he's telling me that its going to great and we are going to love it ,the home are beautiful ect.

So he calls December 3rd of 06 and says its all finished come on down and we will sum it all up when you get her he said so I said fine,we get down there he has nothing done I spent 12,000 dollars on food ,hotels, Uhauls for my family of 11 he puts us up in a mobile park ,palm harbor acted like they didnt know anything about it they told us that Andy was fired he didn't work them anymore when fact he was under the table sort of speak. Anyway Andy put us up in mobile home park called bona viesta mobile park.next to a bunch of oil refineries for 2 and a half years 2 and a half years of fighting with him to get us out of there onto the property Ihad to pay for out of my pocket when he was suppose to buy it ,it was included in the deal.I even had to buy my own used mobile again in order to get out her on the property he kept us at this mobile park cause he made a so called deal with the owner of bona veista mobile park that if he kept us in the used homes at the park for 2 years he could buy those home we are living in at that time then he could move us but the mean time he had to pay rent on these homes like 800 a month so that sucked him dry of the money I gave him to buy homes and land and all the utilities and the road to be put in and the water well.so I had to pull more money out of my retirement to get out here on our property and now I have no retirement to fall back on and I can't work I'm disabled.
