Detailed Description: I am a member of the wotking press and I'm very unhappy with my Palm as I do my articles and keep financial records on it and transfer to my laptop which I can NOT do....Your Stock ain't doing well and you don't need a negative article about my adventures
with Palm so you can turn it into a positive article by fixing my problem which has existed since my last successful HOT SYNC at 4/9/03
