Palm NRG refused to accept return 24 hours after purchase Dania Florida

i purchased two products from palm nrg at a trade show in illinois. when i got back home i found out that palm nrg products are way overpriced and that they are mediocre quality, so within 24 hours of purchase i tried to return the products and found out that palm nrg will NOT take them back, does NOT stand behind their products at all and has no customer service. their business model seems to be "take the money and run," which is a logical model given how poor their products are.

despite repeated efforts, palm nrg still refused to take back their product.  despite being reported to the federal trade commission, the IL attorney general, the FL dept of consumer affairs and the better business bureau, they would not respond to those agencies. in short, they treat your money like a dog treats meat and they treat you like a bare bone. if you buy their products, assume your money is gone for good.
