Palm Pools (Greg Gochoel) Palm Pools Corp, I was a lifeguards / Operator, i was working with a set work schedule and when i first arrived to American i had to pay a housing deposit for $200 and i was told it will be refunded within my last pay, Internet

When i was working for Greg Gochoel or palm pools corp i worked with many other lifeguards from my country and other countries, we all worked very hard and we all pay about 200usd per person upon our arrival and they said that we will get the money back on our last paycheck well me and like about 100 plus other students from like about 3 countries still waiting about 2 years and we never got our W2 forms.

We have made a facebook group on it and if anybody want to see it you can and ready all the comments and even some answers we got from them on our questions, plus you can also find on the news a video from when the news visited and talked to a student on the poor conditions of housing and apartments. At one time i was in an apartment with 12 people and the apartment only had 2 bedroom and the community never said anything to them and everytime i talk to my manager he would say tomorrow you will move but yet i spend all four months there with about 12 other students and we all pay about 75 dollars for housing or more.

I dont know what to do but i just want to put our report on this company and make sure they know who they are and what they do to their workers, we are all college students with a j1 visa which is a work and travel visa and we all love America but we hate Greg Gochoel and his pool company. He even answer one of my emails after like me sending him about 6, where he says he already sent my check big fat lie i never got it and im still waiting.

I was thinking maybe i can get a petions of all the students whos money never made it to their country and we can report him or his company for not paying us and for not sending us our w2 forms, and i also have new members in our group from last summer saying that they are going through the samething and they didnt get pay and they never got their w2 forms.
