after an auto accident we were notified Lareshia Lavonne Taylor, through her attorneys, was sueing. we discovered her name displayed on our local public service court website so decided to view her integrity.
oh my! drugs, driving w/o insurance on suspended license, lost custody of her children to her grand parents, had been deceitful to child protection authorities and court probation services, was evicted several times, owed many bills and well... just generally a remarkable person.
we began answering court petitions ourselves (pro se) cause it was pretty clear to see that the petitioner held total responsibility for running into the street. when her attys arranged a deposition to meet and answer questions, we sought our own atty.
it became very clear right away that there is a horrific game going on out there that is totally legal. i think it's unethical, but evidently not..in the judicial world. the atty we hired was hired to include a third party who we thought was better financially able to "blow the socks off this petitioner's claims".
the atty called me and suggested we go into partnership with the plaintiff and allow judgment so plaintiff attorneys could sue her grandparents underinsured motorist policy. then it was suggested we sign a contengency with her attorneys that we would not have to pay the judgment but would ourselves sue the 3rd party and upon favorible judgment...split the rewards with the plaintiff. our atty assured us we could win a sizable amount of money.
just a head's up out there. people are greedy and will do anything to get a financial windfall. of course we told our atty we were not interested in siding with deceitful people and graciously declined his offer.
i think we bursted his bubble cause we haven't heard anything about his adding the third party yet. he was suppose to send a contract for us to sign adding him as limited representation. in good faith i did pay him about a month ago and he has not cashed the check as of today. he has not sent a contract he verbally offered so we're just sittin back.. waitin for the second chapter to begin.

This is something that is sensitive situation as a mother..and to be spoke about like I was in outrageous and most definitely false..so please speak the truth when speaking on me ..
first off I never lost custody of my girls never I most definitely never been on drugs my grandmother was not even the type of woman to disrespect anyone the boy that hit my child was under the influence with multiple DUI no insurance and the tag went to another vehicle..
not to mention the others that was in the car was also under the influence of drugs WEED..tell it right yes my daughter is paid she deserves it I never needed any money for mine however if you thought there was going to be a day that noone had to answer to her for this BS than ya dumb as I thought..
don't slander my name like I was a bad parent because I was not even like it's being put and if you go off the internet than maybe you should read about yaself before speaking in anyone else..yes I did owe for a few bills however I still owe for them if more never did I spend or even need money from you for my bills.
point taking clearly if I did I would be at zero with my bills.decitful is you who wrote this and the kid that hit my child I don't care who kid it is no kid deserve to be hit by a d**n car..better yet since ya had so much time to lie about me and leave out the facts about that day and I have all my paperwork and the report clearly says multiple DUI no dl no insurance wrong tag.
.at least you could of said something like I HOPE SHE IS OK AND IM KEEPING HER IN PRAYERS..but I'm sorry only good people actually care. You want to see greedy for money how about going back to court for slander my character on things that are lies I never lost custody my kid's dad I was together 17long years they had both parents at home..
guess it's hard to see young black couple that are together to take care of their children now days..by the way since you was to good to ask or you don't care I'm going tell you anyways..my daughter that was hit and blamed it was her fault when he could not even have the proper procedures to drive ..
she is doing VERY WELL going to college making something if herself..bet that ruined your day.. especially since you thought we was such bad people..SILLY RABBIT TRICKS ARE FOR KIDS have a good life ..we most definitely will continue doing so
