PalmerCash.com ripoff charged my card before shipping does not answer emails Boise Idaho

I ordered 2 t-shirts from palmercash.com on 5 May 2006. Their website lists the following shipping policy:"We ship 99.9% of our orders by Priority Mail. What does this mean? It means you should get your order in 2 to 4 days. I know I hate waiting around for something to come when I order it, so I won't make you wait. So if you order a couple shirts on Monday morning you should be wearing them by Thursday..... unless we're out of stock

Backorders sometimes do happen. When we run out of stock of an item we will wait for it before shipping your order. We try to keep everything in stock but sometimes everyone and their sister/uncle orders a medium Bitchin' Camaro one day and we run out. It's never more than 7 days before we get something back in. Usually much less. So if we're out, you just might have to wait an extra week. But it's rare."

Their FAQ also states this: "So check your order status on the Order Status page. Backorders shouldn't take more than 14 days, but some rare imports can take up to a month. It's rare, but it happens, and you can blame the Patriot Act, as Homeland Security has a tendency to hold our boxes at the border, or you can blame our computers for messing up our inventory, or you can blame Palmer himself, as he should be able to keep everything in stock all the time."

PalmerCash charged my credit card on 11 May 2006 but as of 30 May I have NOT received any response from the company and my order status on the company website has NOT CHANGED from "in progress" since the day I placed my order. I have NOT received any communication from PalmerCash since the initial order confirmation on 5 May.

I have noticed that they use two physical addresses. One is listed above and the other is printed in the 'shipping policy' section of their website: 6141 Corporal Lane, Boise, ID 83704

My credit card company has been notified and is also investigating PalmerCash's charging my card before shipping my order.
