SCAM SCAM SCAM, This company is a complete scam and very unprofessional. Lies on top of lies. The representative name Ken stalked our home and manipulated us into getting services with this company. He would pop up at our house every time I turned around trying to get us to sign up for their services. The day we signed up, we were just getting moved into our new home, cable guy was out hooking up our cable and during all of this he was there getting us to sign up. He didn't mention the 3 day trial to us and told a lie that our services would come with a camera, but after signing paperwork, and hookup he tell us that we would have to buy a camera seprately and that it doesn't go with our service package.

Today as of 10/27/2017 I made a complaint on the company's facebook page, the manager and owner of the page which may be the same person Karrie Grant  went back and forth with me on the company's face page under my complaint. I have the screenshots saved. She was responding through her personal facebook page, deleteting her comments after replying, but I have screenshots of her replies. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They manipulate you into going into a multi year contract because their customer service is the worse, they're racist, and not confident in their services which leaves you stuck in a multi year contract. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, SCAM, LAIRS, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
