In late july, 2007, i subscribed to a new name to use on the Paltalk chat program. I have been a member since 1998 and never had an issue, until now.
Early August upon attempting to sign in i received a message stating, account suspended for inappropriate use.
I contacted 'palhep" who advised i need to complete a form and it would be attended too within 48 hours. I completed the form, received an automated response.
Since then i have been denied a reason for banning, I have been denied a refund, and they refuse to answer any emails ( I have copies of all)
This is tantamount to wirefraud and i sincerely hope someone can contact themn and make them a little more accountable.
If they had an offic here I would sue them.

I've been a subscriber for about 6 years now .. and they've never over charged.. I know they have a live help chat on there site I don't have a link for you but it's on the site they use it for billing and other issues you should try that .. Maybe during that time someone may have logged on your name and did something on paltalk you didn't know about or it could be mistake .. good luck
