I am writing this report So that other consumers can stay clear of her unscrupulous busines practices and callous pet peddler. Make no mistake that Ms.Ford is in this for money and not in the best interest of the animals that she sells. Back in 2004, Ms. Ford sold me a Bichon Frise puppy. I fell in love with him instantly. After the purchase he was taken to his vet for a wellness checkup. It was there that not only did I discover that he had ear mites and kennel cough... Which usually canbe expected... I was told that my puppy Had a heart murmur. An xray was taken And there seem to be indications of a Congenital heart defect more commonly known by the acronym PDA. He was quickly take into a vetenarian hospital in Delaware where a very costly Echo cardio gram and ultrasound were completed. My worst fears were confirmed... The puppy did indeed have a PDA, And would require corrective surgery for him not to go into cardiac arrest.

I contacted miss Ford about the Medical findings. She was defensive and made it very clear that she was not financially responsible. She stated that all of her dogs are checked by her veterinarian And that the dog did not have a heart murmur. I quickly rebuked her statement, As he had been seen by 1 vet and to surgeons who did confirm that this was indeed a congenital heart defect... He was born with this! I receive the document the stated that the puppy was not fit for sale. I had to use words for her and her business practices. I was angry because I love this puppy. And the surgeons and all of my research indicated that he would require surgery or he would undoubtedly die before his second birthday... If you're lucky. She was so callous and told me to bring the dog back to her and if she would refund me the cost of the puppy, But was sure to add into the conversation that she was not responsible for anything else. I asked her what would happen to the puppy If I brought him back.

The response was appalling... Disgraceful... Unscrupulous...Callous. Her response was that he would just Live about his life until expired. Well needless to say I receive no help from her. No I'm sorry And certainly no financial assistance. For the surgery that cost me nearly 5000 dollars. I could not afford the money I don't regret that decision to work for the surgery show that Joey maybe live a full life...not for 1 day. What makes me sad is that she continues to do this to family after family after family. I think it's time that she finds herself a new business. Abyss is where she doesn't have other people's hearts in her hand. A business where poor innocent animals should not have to suffer. For me this is not about retribution, at least not financially. We have long sensor past that, as I am happy to report that Joe will be 9 years old in March. I do this and hopes that others will hear this story and steer clear of pampered pup kennels...Shame on you Ms. Ford!
