Buyer beware! I purchased a Havana Fino hat from these guys. There were many problems. WAY too many for my hard earned $200
1. Even though I used their tape measure, the hat was at least a size too large. I had to use foam inserts to make it fit and its still a bit loose and awkward.
2. The front of the crown was significantly higher that the rear, unlike the video you see here (and pics on their website) It looked ridiculous. I had to completely reblock it myself.
3. The brim was not blocked at all as you see but completely flat. I had to block this as well.
4. The brim was much larger than the build it yourself pic found on their ordering portal. It did measure 2.25 as it was supposed to but didn't look like the one I thought I was ordering. This is a problem because they are the experts, not me. I paid them for their expertise. Their picture lied to me. I feel they did not deliver.
5. The weave was only marginally better than a hat I bought from a different vendor for less than half the price. ($80 shipped)
6. The hat's weave was not flat - its all bumpy and junky looking. After all this their customer service team just argued with me.

Save your money - or purchase from a reputable dealer with stock on hand that you can try on before you shell out the big bucks!
