PandaHi a fake site Internet

This website seems to be  fake or a hoax to annoy people or a site that tried to be like Craigslist and copied ads to make it look like that this site is widely used and viewd.  Yes they have copied craigslist ads- some of them have been altered ( the words etc.)  It must be a foreign company or some kind of basement hoax because when you go to this website and click on " How TO remove ad" at the bottom of their webpage; the insturctions have lots of mistakes in grammer and missing words in some of the sentences in these insturctions. At first glance is looks legit but read it slowly and you will see.

Is there some kind of police entitiy that we can conatact to shut this site down?  these are stolen ads and this website does not have permission to post and keep the posts permanetly on the internet ( there is no response when you ask them to remove).    In other words this is fraudulent advertising using stolen informantion.
