Panera Bread Dickson City, PA Not paying empployees Dickson City, Pennsylvania

Ok, so this is actually about my husband.  He worked for panera bread for about 8 months and it was chaos from the begining.  When he applied for the job as an overnight baker, he got a call from Frank the GM in wilkes-barre, PA which is about 15 miles from dickson city.  My husband went for both interviews and never got a call back.  He then got an interview with the one in dickson city and about 2 hours later Frank had called from w-b and offered him the job.  Frank said he'd be getting paid $13/hr.  Well, he had his training for about 2 days in w-b and then he started training in dickson city for unknown reasons.  and then he was told he would be working at the moosic, pa location as well which was pretty much in the middle of the 2 cities.  so he was expected to work in all 3 locations.  Now, even though this Frank had hired him, his manager was Shahir.  and when he got his first paycheck, his rate of pay was only $12/hr.  he had asked Frank about it, and he said he would look into it.  Nothing ever came of it.  

So, about a month ago, in fact on Feb 16th, my husbands father died at age 67.  thankfully, Shahir was able to give him paid bereavement for 3 days.  Well, we thought great!  Not so.  He went back to work on feb 20th and everything was fine until he was told he wasn't receiving a paycheck because someone had told payroll he was on extended bereavement and they hadn't received his logged hours.  He had talked to Shahir about it and he said he would look into it.  After a week of no response from Shahir my husband called the payroll dept in st louis, MO.  They told him they would look into it.  About 2 weeks later with still no response, he called again and spoke to someone who had no idea about the situation as if no one had logged it or even investigated it.  With still no response to this day he had just tonight about an hour and a half before he was scheduled to work, Shahir had called him and fired him over the phone and told him there will be no paperwork to sign.  

Now, one of the trainers had called a week ago and screamed on a voicemail about how he wasn't doing his job(my husband) and how childish he was and that if he didn't start doing his job that he would make sure he didn't have one.  this voicemail was played to Shahir and nothing was done about it.  This trainer still works there.  My husband was told he didn't bake something that wasn't readied for him from the previous shift and thats why he was getting fired.  He told Shahir that he baked everything that he was supposed to bake and no one had told him to bake anything other than what was readied for him.  Then, Shahir turned his tone and told my husband that he was getting fired because he didn't clean when in fact he did.  Oh yeah, not to mention this incident of the not baking and not cleaning was actually from over a week ago and my husband was cut down to 3 days a week, sun, mon and tues nights.  today is sun...so this was done almost a week ago and nothing was said to anyone until the next night my husband was about to work??????  im sorry this is so long and complicated but it needs to be said and hopefully someone could help.
