They have not redeemed redemptions for very valuable cards dating back to 6/23/2015. They advertise boxes of cards with autographs of specific players which affect the boxes value immensely. They do not inform you that some cards may be redemption cards. Most of the time they don't even have the cards signed yet so there is no guarantee you will ever get the actual card. They offer a replacement card of equal value at the time of the request. This is not anywhere near what the card was worth when pulled from the box originally. So they are making big bucks off the price of a box of cards and never having to fullfill the promise of huge players autographs by never even having to pay said players for those said autographs. So they are ripping off the consumer by promising autographed cards that never even exist.
