I am so glad to see that another former employee has posted a report on this man. It's pretty sad to see that this man used to be a therapist when he indeed is the one needs to medicated.

I worked for Pantera Films for a few months, under Mr. Questquen and he was very manipulative. I was promised a bi-weekely salary for my hours worked and he never paid me a dime. This was becausee I refused to be his 'pretend girlfriend', to attract other young TENNAGE actresses into his bed. Working there I witnesses hime have several prostitiutes in his so-called office, which was just a one bed-room apartment. Most of these women were immigrant latina girls that needed money for rent, drugs all other such things.

At one point I demanded he pay me for the nearly three months I worked for him and he ran me over with his wheelchair. He said he was Itallian and that his family would find me and 'whack' me. Of course he isn't Itallian at all, he's from Peru. The scripts he had were poorly written, not edited for grammer flaws and the plot were of a low budget T&A film.

He locked himself in his room, watched porn on his computer, masturbated and would try and show me pictures of all the girls he manipulated. Telling them he would give them a role in his film if they quote: 'sucked his pee-pee'. There was no film, no money to cast or make these films. They were fantasies that he wrote to used them to degrade teenage girls and waste MY TIME. I drove him around, did his shopping, cleaned his apartment, took phone calls and wasn't paid a cent. Ok, so he knows a few select people in the business, but they are just his friends, so he used those contacts to show girls that he has his foot in the industry. He just another scummy wanna-be producer. If he tried to hire you as a PA or a Caregiver, just know that you are being used as cheap or no labor.
