panthersshop.us I ordered a Carolina Panters Jersey and was told I would have my tracking number in 48 hours and the jersey in 2 weeks. I have neither and ZERO correspondance. Internet

i went to www.panthersshop.us on Novemeber 27th to order my son a Luke Kuechly jersey.  upon my dismay of realizing this was an overseas transaction, i felt a little uneasy about everything.  the email I received said I would get a tracking number within 48 hours and that if I had any questions to email Jessica (Jessica's email was the ONLY form of contact on the email/invoice I had).  So i emailed Jessica and she said it was an overseas transaction and that it would be a minimum 2 weeks before I would receive this jersey.  I quickly said cancel my order and return my money.  I then checked my online statement(the invoice read that I should be charged $51.49 but my banck statement read I was charged $56.88 and a $.45 cent "overseas" transaction fee.  When I asked Jessica she simply said, "oh we cant stop the overseas transaction fees but if there was anything else with this order that she could help". So, again, I said, If i dont get this jersey today(this was several days ago) or the tracking number to cancel my order and make a FULL REFUND ($56.88) to my account.  Today is 12.08.15 and I have yet to receive a tracking number, the jersey or a refund.  this cannot be a legitamte company and I have most defintely been ripped off.  I do not wish this to happen to anyone else.
