When a trucking company picks up your car they are suppose to fill out a bill of lading and hand it to the person on the pickup side (point A). If they are picking up from an auction or a non-responsible party (a person doing a favor etc).... the trucking company is suppose to send the bill of lading to the customer (even if they are at point B).
Paper Impex USA Inc is so stupid they picked up the car from an auction and never gave the bill of lading to anyone. They drove 2,000 miles and damaged the car along the way then then claim the car was like that when they picked it up.
Total Bull S@#$@#t
This company broke every contract and DOT guideline in the book and now they are running from all responsibility for the damage they put on this Mercedes Benz.
Never ever use this company. Total Foreigners with no moral compass what-so-ever. No ethics and no customer service. They have never been trained right and I will do everything I can to cost them their operating authority.
I will file complaints with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the insurance commissioner in their state, the Attorney General's office in their state and I will make sure I post reviews on every website a consumer may visit before hiring an auto transport trucking company.
HANDS DOWN THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY. I work for a dealership and I will never use these guys again - I will spread the word as quickly as I can so others don't allow this idiot company to ever touch another vehicle again. I hope this helps anyone who reads it.

So, we have been working with this "character" and i will call him a character not only because of his child like demeanor, but his not fact suppported claims against us. He has vowed for us to rue the day, since we declined a claim of his that is not backed up. He claims we damaged the car meanwhile we have all photographs and documents needed to refuse to pay for something the car auction did. His side of the story is that the customer refuses to pay him and he wants to take it out on us.
We have taken much time to try and resolve the issue, but once the issue becomes a mental one, inside of Jays head unfortunatley our Mc number doesnt allow us to be of pychiatric care. He has actually taken 48 hours to non stop call our office and threathening our staff. Nonetheless, we have continued to try and work out a solution he is in coherent.
It has gone to a point that all he does all day is forge leads so broker companies wouldnt want to work with us. Lucky enough his own reputation perceeds him and causes a nuisance at most. I dont appreciate fake reviews posted to a company that has expanded and is doing its best at all aspects of the car transportation buisness.
In conclusion, the rest of my companies reviews speak for themselves. We are a company that employ all races ethnicities and religeons, and do not consider immigrants not elligible to work due to where they were born, if that is a belief that Jay has it is his right as an american. We will proceed to be a good oppurtunity to all!
