Where do I start, back in 1993 when I hired on with this company, it was a okay place to work. But the word corparate greed. As the company grew they forgot who made the company all 14 drivers at the time unloaded paper products off the floor. I talking anywhere from 660 cs. to 1900 cs. a day and we would be at the customer for 5 hours a day doing it for $25.00 dollars, who would be so stupid to work like this ,well I did. PTI would pay bi-weekly and the opposite week they would pay your unloading money tax free on a separate check.

Then they made it mandatory that you go with this per deim pay anytime you ran 400 miles a day they gave you $50.00 tax free, but what they dont tell you is its not reported to social security, so your talking about 12,000 to 14,000 dollars a year per driver where there not matching your 401 or matching social security, my earnings and they say its mandatory you go with this per deim pay wonder what the IRS would say to this and I know the 14 drivers that once worked for this company would go to court with an attorney and fight for whats right. Let me tell you that per deim pay was taken out of your gross pay before taxes ,so it wasnt coming from PTI pocket.

IN a years time lets say your gross pay was $40,000.00 a year the $14,000.00 was taken out of there and $26,000.00 dollars was reported to social security. Now if you were ever injured on the the job your workmans comp. was based on your reported earnings not your actual along with disability pay. I wish that the IRS would investigate this crooked company. This place needs to be shut down. They dispatch you totally illegal you tell them that it cant be done, and you wont put yourself, or anybody else on the highway in harms way and they threaten you saying that your refusing work. THE people in safety have never ever driven a semi, and they think they are right and you are wrong. Trust me this is one trucking company you dont want to work for. Im a firm believer what goes around comes around. Any trucking company can put on their website its the best place to work, but they all have skeletons in the closet. Just remember when you pay peanuts you get monkeys in the office of trucking companies.
