 I retained www.papershelm.com services to obtain some ideas and direction for an educational paper that needed to be written. I read online their guarantees for time frame and quality do I decided to collaborate with such said company in gaining ideas. Shortly after the paper was not delivered with in the set time frame I called to cancel the order. I received an abundance of excuses and still was charged. The paper did not make it to me in time and am still over a year later attempting to collect on their "money back guarantee" (lies,scams and fraud). The paper must have been written by an 11 year old with no concept of the English language. I urge anyone trying to seek out for ideas to collaborate with fellow peers instead of utilizing this atrocious so called service.
