Papillion Agency Thay work you till you burn out Las Vegas Nevada

I started working for Papillion back in 1999 till 2006. Marcie the owner was a hard women and always kept us working, which was great. After years of working for her I was gunning for a managers position and I was beginning to burn out. I thought that after the years of good employment would save me from the downturn I was taking but Nope. I was one of her best agents but because I asked for a recommendation from another manager I went further down south. I was told by Marcie herself that if I was going for another job more of a mainstream one that she would say that the agents worked for her in customer service and not go into detail. The manager I asked for a recommendation sent an e mail saying that I was asking her to lie. All the while my stats are going down and a managers position for me is going further and further away from me. I was with Marcie before that manager and well because I wasn't bringing in the money I used to, Marcie left me out to dry, siding with the other manager who actually left Marcie because it was rumored that Marcie will work you like a dog, as an agent you would just work but as a manager you were her's 24/7. I admit that at the time I was ready for the work, I was with the company for years but I guess in order to be promoted you have to be Marcie's Flavor of the moment.

I admit that working for Papillion was fun and yes I enjoyed what I did. However t words the end when I was burning out I was pissed that I couldn't move up within the company and that my years of employment didn't mean anything. I left hopping to take a break and maybe forever but I did rest an go back hopping that being refreshed would raise my spirits and maybe work on getting that managers position but by then the laws changed and no work at home job is available to California residents. I'm sure now its for the best but till this day I believe that if I were to be a manager it would have been a great learning experience.

During the time I worked for Marcie I didn't have as many problems with my checks as others but yes there was a few times that my checks was low. I can only assume that after my departure along with two other managers that Papillion has been going down a very rocky road and with Marcie not seeing the error of her ways, God only knows how many personal assistance's and mangers she has gone through since.

So if your working for Papillion then keep in mind that if you want to move up make sure your stats are good and be prepared to be at Marcie's beck and call, and don't talk sh1t about that accountant I heard that she has been with Marcie forever and that they are good friends, personally I think her accountant doesn't know how to calculate cause my checks were messed up a few times but that's the only person I know Marcie hasn't caused to leave.
