my car was park in the 9000 block of saracen dr, it was reposessed by par america on or about 9/18 2015, the person who took my car, ethier didn't know how to drive , or dragged it on the back of a flat bed still in gear,or tryed to drive it and burn up the clutch, my name is harold,I I live in Pikesvlle Marland.
