Paradigm One Broker-Vincent Tat-Broker willingly breaches Contract by acts of failure to Fulfill Property Manager Duty, Misrepresentation of Information, Failure to Disclose Information, Trust Account Violations for Suspicion of Commingling Broker's and Client's Funds, all are violations of Arizona Real Estate Laws, and Paradigm One Brokers is currently(6-25-07) holding hostage of tenants security deposits.
Paradimg is very irresponsvie, multiple requests have been sent to Paradigm One Broker-Vincent Tat, Broker, to who has continually chose not to response and fail to provide information and clarification as relate to properties that Paradigm One Broker, Vincent Tat Broker is managing. To which, items that were requested such as clarification for Broker's duty, Properties broker/client account activities, and misrepresentation of broker's property management responsibility all of which still have not been fulfilled today 6/28/07 by Paradigm One Broker, Vincent Tat Broker.
As of today 6/28/07, a request sent on 6/25/07 to Paradigm One Broker-Vincent Tat Broker, request information about a rental status and condition because the tenant were moving out in June, Paradigm One Brokers, Vincent Tat Broker has once again chosen not to response.
At this time, the unit is believed to have some damages and will need to have some repairs however I am not able to obtain security deposit from Paradigm One Brokers to disburse for repair as Paradigm One Brokers is not willing to release funds. Vincent Tat has illegally and admitedly, by not responding to any means, hold all funds hostage.
This matter has been filed with BBB, Arizona Association of Realtors, Arizona Department of Real Estate and are this brokerage is being investigated. All of which if convicted, Paradigm 1 Broker will loose his real estate license and possibly many fines. So if you are in transacting with this person or his brokerage you should really reconsidered because it will affect you financially. This matter will be rest unless brought to justice.
Be careful with this brokerage- PARADIGM 1 BROKERS in Gilbert, VINCENT TAT is the Broker.
