This guy is a scammer of the lowest form. I recently had a run in with Mark concerning a small leak from my tub in a unit that I own, which leaked slightly into the bathroom below. A professional would have called me to show me the leak by looking for it in my unit. This guy is far from professional, as a matter of fact, he is a total jerk! What Mark did was to cut a huge hole in the ceiling below, did not show me the so called water damage before cutting the ceiling, and then expects me to pay for the ceiling repair for the damage he caused. The leak was clearly visible from an access panel in my unit, he did not have to cut the ceiling below to find it. He's just a lazy scamming poor definition of a maintenance man. He also had the gall to tell me I had to hire a licensed contractor to make the repairs for $475.00. It's none of his business who makes repairs in my unit, I own it! I had the repairs made for $150. This guy makes work for his friends and pockets a percentage for himself and does NOT take responsibility for his mistakes! I know of at lest 2 other instances of fraud by this man and if he thinks he going to pull the wool over my eyes. This scam will be reported to the Minnesota Attorney General's office.
