Ronald Stover a real  estate developer and Jeff Stover a California CPA and CEO of Paradise in Cortez a company formed to buy beach front lots in Cabo San Lucas Mexico have taken loans of over 15 million dollars agreeing to pay high rates of interest and  subsequently stopped paying the interest and the principal.  They were responsible for coning Shellie Halper Joe Penny and jay Friedman a business lawyer into getting people that trusted them to invest money on notes that were supposed to be secured by real estate.  With the help of the negligent work of Jerone Bennit Friedman who prepared these notes there was never and real security.  I believe Friedman and the Stovers Jeffery and Ronald father and son arranged this con and took money from people who could not afford to lose it.  They used Shellie Halper and Joe Penny as front men and fall guys.  They signed the notes and Stover signed notes to them.  Halper and Penny turned  every cent over to Stover who used the money for his own personal gain.  Now the Stovers are living the life of Riley on the beach in Mexico while their backers have lost their money and their homes.  Beware of the Stovers Jeff and Ronald, who claim to be decons of their church. they have been playing this con for years.  They are now doing the same game with new investors.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
