Swimmers Beware. Pool Heater Rip-Off! I thought I was ordering a pool heater from an honest reputable company after speaking with the principal of the company. Boy can people fool you. I received the wrong pool heater on September 6, 2005 and I had to pay to send it back. Pool Paradise received the heater on October 3rd and I have yet to see my check for $434.69. They've come up with all sort of excuses why my credit card was not credited, why I haven't received a check and Bla, bla, bla. I filed a report with the BBB of Sacramento and filed a report with my credit card and this has not been resolved. I tell you people have some nerve to steal from customers! This pool supply place had the nerve to charge my credit card under the name of BBGS GOLF and yet they advertise on the internet by the name of Paradise Pool Supplies. Sounds more like Paradise of Thiefs!
