Paragon Capital Corp Ripoff false loan approval with ill intent New York New York

I responded to an add in the local news paper to recieve a loan regardless of credit history. After calling, I spoke with Penny Goldstien who became my Point of contact. Information was exchanged and I was aproved for a 60,000 loan.

I sent the initial deposit of $ 2000 for the isurence deposit. I waited for the direct deposit to be made with no response. When I called numerous times I was finaly told that the insurance deposit was increased another $2,000. At this point I opted for a return of my antial deposit including wire transfer money of $119.00.
I was told the return would take 30 to 60 days. At the end of this period I contacted the company about the return with no response. I made several atemps to contact Penny Goldstien the remainder of the year still with no response. At the begining of 2007 when I called I received a phone message stating the number was disconected.
