Not having results on a loan modification, I went to Paragon Financial after reading their solicitation letter which I recieved at home. They said Chase Financial was sucking me dry, that my interest rate and the monthly payment was outrageous. Conscientious as I am, I paid the $5000.00 up front fee to commence a loan modification process.  I went through four or five representatives, filling out forms over and over, told numerous times that "the climate had changed". and three financial hardship letters over one year plus period of time.

After no results at the end of one year and a half, I contacted Money Management International.
They connected me with a Chase representative and I began handling the process on my own, since I was having limited results and  a continuing long timeline from the onset of the whole process. I was told so many things and excuses that it would make your head spin.

The end result was a minimal lowering of my interest rate, no loan balance forgiveness and a balloon payment added to the loan. Absolutely no effort was made by Paragon Financial to keep up their end of the contract to refund money if initial results were not produced.  Among many things I consider  their contract agreement, definitely a "breach of contract".
