On July 15, 2007, I went to Paragon Honda's Pre-Owned Certifed Dealership in Woodside NY to trade in my 2005 Honda Civic with only 24,000 miles to purchased the 2004 Mercedes Benz - Black C240 Vin#(WDBRF81Jo4F541563) displayed in the front row.

Becuase my purchase was on a Sunday I could not accept delivery of the vehicle until 7/16/07 . I was told that the vehicle was cleaned and ready for pick up however, when I received the vehicle on 7/16/07 it was dirty and had clothing and personal photos and miscellaneous items from the previous owner still inside the trunk.

In addition the rear left driver's side tire had a slow leak and was almost flat by the next morning. I called the manger Abdul to complain and returned on 7/17/07 for vehicle detailing and installation of the LoJack system.

When I picked up the vehicle, on 7/17/07 I drove approximately 10 miles and the vehicle over heated and would not build speed over 40 miles per hour. On 7/18/07 I returned the vehicle to honda service at 7 am and discovered on 7/19/07 that they could not service the vehicle because they only service Honda's. The vehicle sat for two days without any inspection or attention. Leaving me without a vehicle.

When I called to complain yet again Abdul transferred the car to Silver Star Mercedes Benz across the street from Honda for service. My rip off complaint is that Honda sold me a lemon and failed to give the car a 4 point inspection before I drove off. Inaddition they lied about the mileage at the time of sale it was 34,000 not 31,000. As well as the car having mechanical defects rendering it non driveable. My birthday is ruined and my dream car is worthless. What can I do about this fraud. Buyer beware of Paragon Honda Certified Pre-Owned Division. They will lie and cheat you for a commission.
