Paragon International Wealth Management Paragon International Scammed me onto investing in diamonds Toronto Ontario

I was contacted by a Paul an Amstel in late 2016 about in esting in diamonds. Great return, he said. I buy now, he sells later for profit. Bought two rings, and both were sent to me to hold. Had these fancy documents describing each ring and stones along with their value. They were to go to auction in July, 2018. A reserve of $37,500 was given for each ring.

I was told that each ring would probably sell for around $50,000 each. When I finally got a call back in August, I was told that the bid only brought $107,000, and did not hit the reserve price of $120,000 set by Paragon. When asked about my reserve, he knew nothing about it. Promised to get it to auction on August 26, 2018. Cannot get up with anyone at paragon.

Voicemail states that they are in an audit and short staffed. Go online and find that Toronto Police have arrested 5 men using the names of people that I have supposedly talked to for my "investment". Am taking my rings for appraisal after the holiday to see if I bought "glass" diamonds. Will keep posting. I also recorded every phone call with each "person" that spoke to me at Paragon. Copies of these phone conversations can be emailed to anyone that would like to listen. I am also contacting the Toronto Police Dept. With same onfo.
