Paragon warranty corporation The coverage is not clear. They gave me 1 shop to take my suv and they did not pay labor,tax or rental Enola, Pennsylvania

READ THE FINE PRINT !!!!The Paragon warranty was included in my purchase. I was not asked if I wanted it? I was told it was included? But after the fact I pay for it in my car note $1200.  Not much when broke down over 2yrs and 100% coverage right? LOL  Ya..Ok  Now 56 days later My 2002 Ford Explorer needs a transmission and I call dealer and all he can say is well you have a warranty( Philadelphia Auto Superstore). So I call Paragon and they give 1 shop to goto. I was told I need a new Transmission. Ok, Im covered 100% so the shop calls for OK and was told, YES we will pay for parts and half of labor? and no tax? parts have tax! So lest than 2 months of my purchase I have a Bill for $550 for tax and Labor? But I pay for 100% coverage. Also rental is included But I was told by Paragon rep they only pay for the days they work on the car not the day or 2 its there while they wait for ok? or for parts?  My suv is still down and I still need rental. I was told the job may take 5-7 days.  READ THE INVISABLE PRINT !!!!
