This company just stopped paying me after I told them I would not travel 4 hours from home after I did it as a one time favor. Took over $750 of fees out of my pay for "reassignment fees" and refused to pay me the promised distance "mileage fees" and "exception fees". This left me a $61.91 paycheck for 24 work orders!!!! so the math- worked 4 hours from home- 24 jobs and got paid $61??? BUT IT GETS BETTER- its a 30 day net so I worked 30 more days not knowing there plan to get out of paying me- and am owed another $2000 for jobs, another $300 in exception fees, OUT OF $500 in material costs!!!! And no one will return an email or call!!! Looking for people who want to start a civil action ASAP
