Paramount Asset Management Paramount REO WORK WITH NO PAY IS ILLEGAL Manassas Virginia

4 possible scenerios here:

1. we are being confused with Paramount Asset Managment out of Colorado, or

2.  This is a competitor of ours posting negative review, or

3.  After this review I have had several people contact me to pay them to get it off or to manage our reputatin so it may be them leaving the review trying to get cash.  I am refusing to pay them so this negative review will stay even it false or completely fabricated, or

4.  It is a bad contractor that did not perform the tasks on their work order and their invoice was denied.  I dont recognize Isabel as the name above suggests so i think one of the above scenerios applies but if you are a lawn vendor and you do not edge the property, the bank will charge back all of the lawn cuts you completed because you didn't do them properly.  These things happen.  So, if you are a potential contractor for Paramount reading this review, I will tell you if you plan or running orders late, performing half services, improper work order completion, etc....this review is accurate.  You will not get paid. 

Paramouht Asset Management does not decline payments.  Banks do based off of photos received, physical inspection of the property upon service completion, etc.....If for any reason they determine the contractor did not perform the tasks on the invoice, they will decline payement.  Simple as that.  Do what you are supposed to do and we will always get you paid.
