Had them replace entire front door. When installation day arrived they had not ordered the door. Said measurements were wrong. Two weeks later crew arrives but without the door. They did other work we ordered while waiting for door. While installing the door they split the wood when they installed the striker plates put a hole in the wall (did not repair). Were disrespectful towards my wife.

Other work #1; replace old gutters and add "the best leaf guards on the market" (there words). End result is that when it rains hard we have a waterfall at the downspout.

Other work #2; Replace wood panel under kitchen window and fill in space around window and add siding around window and to protect new wood. Before they did the work I never had water pipes under sink freeze. In the two years since they completed the work the pipes have frozen twice.

Since the work was complete there has never been a post inspection of the work and there was no real inspection done during the work by a real employee of the company. Every time they call to get me to hire them for more work (new windows etc) I complain about the shoddy work I already paid for two years back. Needless to say NO ONE from the company has been interested, in the slightest. No rep has called let alone come by to see for themselves why I will never do business with them and that I will discourage family and friends to stay away from Paramount Builders.
