Paramus Jaguar Finance Manager Marco told me to purchase the extended warranty for tires and rims. He stated that the tires are $800.00 each and the rims are $2,000. each to be replaced. Complete lie. Paramus New Jersey

They are so intend on selling cars that my Jaguar F-PAce was delivered without the GPS installed.  They also stated before the delivery that there was Sirus Satellite installed.  They came back the next day to pick up the car to install the GPS after the car was delivered.

Had to explore the possibility of terminating the lease a couple weeks later since my wife had emergency foot surgery.  Certified letter mailed to the GM and phone calls to the sales manager since the sales person was out.  No response for two days and they stated they couldn't help me.  Sales person said a week later that the dealership could buy the car back.  Obviously GM and sales manager couldn't care and didn't know what to say.

Terrible service and follow up.  Am now driving with expired plates and presumably they will send me the plates.  Worst experience from a dealership ever.  I am so glad we leased this car and can get rid of it in 3 years.  

Penske is a public corporation and nobody cares about their customers since they are a 26B comapny.
