Parc Grove Commons Bad Management, No communication, Fraudulent security deposit charges, poor management skills. Fresno California

We moved into Parc Grove Commons and requested a working mail key because we never received one. All we've done that may have been offensive to the best of my knowledge is we've repeatedly requested a WORKING KEY. We are now moving an still no mail key and we are being charged for a mail key or broken hinge?! The head of this complex management "GSF Properties who is just as worse than the management here."

The entire stay here we have had late maintenance services, extremely poor communication with management! In fact it is close to impossible to have a meeting with the head of management and probably have a better chance meeting President Obama. The girls that have worked in the office for some time are rude, unintelligent, slow, and need to work on behavoral problems, they love to be smart a*s's an we are mostly responded with "we don't do that here!"

Don't expect a receipt because they're incomptant on duties and services they're required to perform or any request in that matter. One big issue the head of management has is she is a compulsive liar! How do tenants that call management on their mistakes defend themselves when management constantly lies? She [the head of management] has priors for making unauthorized charges to tenants POCKETING the money!!

Caution! I would have pass these up if I knew what this place was about.
