Parco Home Improvement Inc. Parisi, John Owner failed to fix windows and honor the Parco Lifetime warranty on labor and materials. Numerous Calls. Valley Stream New York

For more than a year, I have contacted Parco Home Improvement owner, John Parisi and requested his service to repair three home windows- two of them have a broken glass panel and one that got too foggy. These windows have a Parco Lifetime Warranty on labor and materials.

At first Mr. Parisi kept promising me that he would call me at a later day and arraign an appointment. He finally came to the house last April and after he saw the contract, he stated that Parco Home Improvement went out of business.  However; he stated that he was going to help us fixing those windows. Of course there was going to be a charge. He promised he would contact us to give us a date for the repairing.  Since he never called back, I have called him numerous times to his office and left few messages. I even said that I didn’t mind to pay for his service.

Now, he doesn't pick up his phone and does not return my calls. 

I Imagine that when he said that Parco did exist anymore was because he didn’t want to honor his company’s Life Time Warranty. However, Jonh Parisi has listed his business as Parco Home improvement Corp. in http://www.homeadvisor.com/ and as Parco Home Improvement Inc. in http://www.angieslist.com/.

These two websites get a good number of customers to any business. I am sure many more people may be contacting this gentleman/business and will, at a later date, have the same problem with his lack of response and professional ethics.  I am really disappointed now.
