Pardons and waivers Canada Total rip off Toronto Ontario

 I found this company online in Jan./12, and checked them out a bit (BBB) and found no complaints on them. I have a record from being stupid when I was younger and wanted to get rid of it.

When I spoke to them they told me the process would take 6 to 12 months and would cost $1200. It was expensive but thought it would be worth it. They offered me a payment plan which I thought was great.

Afterwards I find out I have to pay for my fingerprints ($75), and had to get the police from every area I lived in since then to give me a report saying there were no warrants out for me ($100 x 3).

Once my payment plan was all paid up and they got all the money from me, they've given me nothing but excuses as to why it's taking so long. I actually caught them in a lie at one point. They said they were waiting for a report from the courthouse in the city I was charged in and they still haven't sent them.

So, I took it upon myself to call the courthouse my self and they told me they had just received the paperwork, not 3 months ago like this company told me. When I confronted the person who was doing my pardon, he wouldn't even acknowledge that they had done this.

Since then I keep getting told a couple more months, a couple more months, as the parole board is backed up because of some new laws the government has implemented. I was told in Oct./13 that it would be completed in Dec/13. Theres no reason it shouldn't, I was told.

I called them various times and they will not answer or return my calls. I get voicemails and a secretary saying they're all in meetings. It's now Jan./14 and it has been 2 years.

I've checked the BBB recently and a couple months after I applied with them they got their first complaint, they've had 45 since then. I've filed a complaint on them through the BBB.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They don't care once they get your money, and will just keep ignoring you.
