The XoftSpySE button in the Windows Start Menu doesn't launch the program only 2 months into a 12 month contract purchased online. i continue to get the following error report from Pareto Logic.com: "An unsupported operationwas attempted". After clicking the "OK" box the following message appears :"Xoftspy has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." After clicking on the susequent - "Send error report" button at the bottom of the message box, nothing is done to correct the problem and it appears as though after two days of no response from the software vendor, I've lost a 12 month contract I've already paid for. What a scam!
