Park Animal Hospital Las Vegas, NV THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY DOGS HEALTH; THEY JUST WANTED THE MONEY, MONEY, MONEY Las Vegas, Nevada

My dog was a regular patient at Park Animal Hospital (Dr. K. Johnson); I took my dog in for a regular checkup one day, and they placed my dong on the scale in the front lobby, we took her weight, and according to their scale my dog was about 10lbs under her usual weight of 110lbs (for the breed type). 

Well myself and Dr. Johnson were very concerned about my dog losing that much weight.  Dr. Johnson asked my dog has been sick or if anything has changed in her diet?  I told Dr. Johnson nothing has changed.  Dr. Johnson recommend that we run some test.  I agreed to the testing.  So the all of my test for my dog came back clean bill of health.  So, Dr. Johnson and staff started questioning my dog's care at home and I told them nothing has changed.  I informed them we treat the dog like a princess. 

So, we had another appointment for more testing a couple days later.  I asked if we could weigh her again (because it was recommended to double up on her food and extra treats; to fatten my dog).  The tec's at the front desk placed my dog on the scale and the scale showed that she only weighted 49lbs now.  I said there is no way in hell that dog only weighs 49lbs.

So, the tec's reset the scale and my dog weighted 112lbs (her normal weight).  I was so mad at Park Animal Hospital; they made me feel like I was the worst pet owner, they questioned her care at my house.  I paid for testing that was not necessary.  I notice a singed posted behind their front desk reminding the staff to always reset the scale because they were having problems.

I cried for many days and nights worrying about my baby and the entire time it was the scale malfunctioning.  I asked Dr. Johnson for a partial credit towards my account for the hundreds of dallors I spent for nothing.  Their response to me was; there was nothing they could do for me....

I told them; I would never be back.
