I bought a rembrandt, two kinkades, and a schultz animation.

I've already contacted a lawyer about my problems with Park West. I bought on "parkwest credit card" credit (HSBC Retail Services, who haven't been able to help me so far) and the payments start to be due for me in 2006. My lawyer has told me not to pay them anything! - but to let HSBC battle with Park West.

This is my plan for now, but please contact me if you are interested in any group litigation. I want my money back. Parkwest can keep their "valuable art".

I'm also interested in walking/boycotting/carrying some nice big signs warning the public to stay away, at their next Westlake Village Auction out here in Calif. My lawyer said that might be a good idea! But it would be so much more fun if there were a group of us who did this together.
