During a Royal Carribean cruise, my husband purchased a signed sports jersey at an art auction. We were happy with the purchase until one month after returning home from our cruise, we discovered the jersey was STILL on board a Royal Carribean ship.... touring the Mexican Riviera. HOW is Park West Gallery going to custom frame AND deliver within 8 weeks of departing our cruise? Of course, they couldn't. The item arrived within 10 weeks of departing the cruise.

Once the package was opened, we discovered the custom, shadow box frame my husband ordered wasn't used. The jersey was framed in a gold painted wood, god awful, ugly frame. We phoned. We had a call tag issued. The package was picked up, returned to Park West and they PROMISED us, they would frame it in the black shadow box frame my husband ordered. The day before Thanksgiving 2004, the package arrived from Park West Gallery, for the second time. WOW, we said. RECORD TIME, we said. We opened the package and discovered the jersey was in the SAME ugly, awful gold wood frame it was in the first time Park West shipped it to us.

We emailed Park West Gallery. They went ignored. We phoned Park West Gallery and a week later, a call tag has NOT been issued and the jersey hasn't been picked up. We told them that we WILL BE cancelling our order. They said we couldn't and DENIED us that option. They have offered NOTHING, except to keep sending the jersey to the framing dept. and re-shipping it to us, no matter how long it takes for them to get it right....

PARK WEST GALLERY.... don't trust them. Don't give them your money. Don't let them get away with this!
