Park West contacted Rip-off Report to resolve consumer concerns posted on Rip-off Report. As we began our thorough investigation, we were gratified to find that Park West joined the Corporate Advocacy Program, as part of its ongoing commitment to excellent customer service and quality. We began our investigation by requesting various company information from Park West. We found that an independent audit concluded that the annual customer complaint ratio was 1 for every 50,000 Park West clients.
